Getting there
From the airport — Cluj-Napoca “Avram Iancu” International Airport (CLJ) lies about 8 km east of the centre, roughly 15–25 minutes by car. Official metered taxis wait outside arrivals (around 30–50 RON / €6–10 to the centre), and Bolt and Uber both operate in the city. The A1E Airport Express bus runs from outside arrivals to the central Piața Mihai Viteazul in about 20–25 minutes, with tickets bought on board by card.
From the train station — the venue is about a two-minute walk from Cluj-Napoca’s main railway station.
Public transport — the city’s bus and trolleybus network is reliable and inexpensive; trolleybus line 5 connects the airport, centre, and railway station.
By car — public parking is available in the surrounding area.
Finding your way
Signage will be in place throughout the building for the duration of the conference, directing you to the registration desk, keynote and panel rooms, and break areas.
