Registration

Registration is for presenters delivering papers at the conference. Attendance for all other participants is free and open, with no registration required.

Fee

The registration fee is €35 and covers conference materials, coffee, and lunch across the two days. An optional celebratory dinner is available for €50, payable through the same link.

Deadline

Registration is open from 15 June to July 10 2026.

How to register

Payment is made securely through the University’s official events platform (Visa and MasterCard accepted). A receipt is issued automatically. If you require an invoice addressed to your institution for reimbursement, please email ekphrasis.teatrufilm@ubbcluj.ro with the billing details and we will arrange it.
